I've got almost all of Mick's books, and I saw him speak in England when I was living there, and he's a brilliant guy. His website, www.wizoz.co.uk, is a real resource centre for other consultants. The problem is that often prospects demand that we do what we say. I believe at that point we have to leave and find prospects with more brain, who let us work in a professional manner.
