I am considering taking on a consulting agreement with a company that has no money but potential for a great deal of money. I have asked for 20% of gross revenue OVER AND ABOVE what they currently earn now. I have been asked to take only 20% of net earnings. I want to work with them, but it seems unfair and too small a percentage. What do I do?

If you have some knowledge and expertise in your field, many who lack your knowledge and skills would gladly pay for your services. The big money comes from performing services for businesses instead of individuals.
